Gloves and facial tissues snap into side openings which will hold either boxes gloves or facial tissue boxes. We ship this cart with one box of each. Two bottles of antibacterial gel fit in the top by taking the pump off and sandwiching the top of the cart as you screw the pump back into the cart. This way the gel stays put and does not "walk away". The top half of the cart is easily removed for cleaning and filling or changing the trash bag.
